Western Railway Museum Pumpkin Patch 2010

We used our family passes at the Western Railway Museum and went to the annual pumpkin patch.  It's quite a steal - even if the only time you use it is for this one event.  The ticket included admission to the pumpkin patch and the trolly ride over.

Poppy treated Jake to an electric train that he wouldn't put down, Grandma treated us to lunch and all of the extras and Aunt Marcy provided the extra fun.

I *LOVE* Sunday fun days with the family (even if it means getting up early and Peter reminding me to relax and just enjoy it).  Jake knew it was going to be a "thumbs up" kind of day.

PJ still cracks me up . . . he's getting to be more and more like his dad.  : )

The pumpkin patch has all of these fun things for the kids -

Jake jumped,

the boys played games (at no extra charge) . . .

and even won lollipops as prizes.

If I had to guess, the hay fort was Jake's favorite.  I had to take two pictures just to give you a perspective of just how high this fort is!!

Underneath is a (dark) maze, but Jake gave it a big thumbs up!!

And PJ's favorite was the Pumpkin Chuckin'!

He *really* wanted to do it himself . . .

But didn't decline dad's offer for help.

And still had a blast!!

This is what PJ and Dad saw when they let one fly!!

I couldn't get a picture with both boys looking, but I am grateful Aunt Marcy reminded me to get on the other side of the camera, too.  Otherwise, the boys may not believe me that I was there when they look back at these pictures.  : )
