First Day of School

It's not Jake's first day yet, but he asked to take a picture with PJ (and asked to wear the same shirt - luckily, PJ doesn't mind . . . yet).

My facebook friends shared their "First Day of School" traditions with me last year.  I liked the idea of taking a picture in front of the house on the first day of school every year the best.  Here's PJ's . . .

And Tori's - - she's officially a senior!!

We weren't surprised she opted to go with a good friend for a Starbucks run before school instead of getting dropped off by one of us.

Jake was insulted when he wasn't included in the Matthew Turner pictures with PJ and some of his friends.  

You can see his irritation when he had to settle for a picture with just PJ.

PJ was so excited about his new classroom.  I hope he's always this excited about school!!
