PJ asked "Mom, is there a Legoworld?" I reminded him that we were headed to Legoland and he says "No, I know there's a LegoLAND, but is there a LegoWORLD?"
I'm not sure what he envisions being the difference . . . it's not like he's been to Disneyworld! Maybe a world full of Minifigs?!
PJ has been here and is close to outgrowing the park,
but Jake had a major breakthrough - he was actually old enough and willing to drive!
When he wasn't old enough, he wanted to drive in the worse way. When he just turned 3, we'd wait in line, he'd sit on the car, look at me and decide "not yet" - with this look of uncertainty on his face - kind of like this:
This happened more than once. But I was relieved after PJ was the crew chief for him, his face revealed how happy he was to finally drive!
PJ has become quite the backseat driver though - he even did it to Jake on the safari ride. But I am grateful that he's tall enough to take Jake on rides.
Now if we can work on their sister getting her license! I digress.
We saw the Thomas made out of Legos, but other than that, it was all Cars and Toy Story - well done Pixar! Can't wait to see Toy Story 3!!
I think Jake has a couple of years left here though and we LOVE Carlsbad, San Deigo and its surrounding areas.
